At some point, you have to play your guys and trust them to get it done. Nothing has really worked thus far so shut down the blender. The question is which 5 do you trust to bring it home for you?

At this point, I go:
KJ
Boswell
DGL
Tre
Morez

Run it and hope.

Just don't get how we're such a bad shooting team.

Regardless of whatever, we just can't make shots... just bricks... whatever you throw up. When you do that, it's never a good recipe.
We should be running plays and driving in the lane. We can't find one guy cutting to the rim? Oh, we are lazy and would rather jack 3's

The analytics say we can’t shoot.
So does my phone!

KJ was bailing out the team a lot earlier in the year with his makes, a lot of which were tough shots going 1 on 1. If he regresses even a little, then it’s a pretty weak offensive team especially with no Tomi to open the floor

On what team does the third "true big man" exist and bring any value?

No one keeps three centers on a roster anymore and our two played three minutes.
How is playing Ben and Jake inside against B1G power forwards and centers working out for us? You need more players in a physical league like the B1G who are capable of defending down low. Players get hurt. You need to have your bases covered.

The entire offense runs through him and we only have one other big. It has everything to do with Tomi.
Then shame on us. If we’re not good enough to beat effing Nebby just because one dude is out then we sure as sh** didn’t plan well in developing our roster and/or developing alternative game plans in the weeks he’s been out.

Then it's an epic failure of team construction and offensive strategy. We have a consensus top 5 pick playing on our team. Another 5 star transfer from Arizona and a 5 star freshman. Many other 5 star freshman are leading teams at this point in the season. As far as I can see they all stand out front and throw the ball to each other until the shot clock forces them to try to drive one on one into traffic or take a bad 3. Tomi is important, no doubt, but my God he's not even in the top 20 B10 statistical leaders. I thought we were one of the most talented teams in the country? Sure hasn't looked like it since the Penn St game. Not sure what is going on, but it's bigger then one guy by far.

Just an idea, if we're only have Morez and Hummer as options to play the 5 (sorry Booth) and both have 2 fouls. Maybe sit one to start the 2nd half.
