There we go! Not gonna lie, it worries me that effort and execution still looks casual; however, we are a very talented team, and you’d hope the shots would start to fall.

Thing is … being down 2 literally doesn’t matter if the mental lapses continue. Praying these guys get a burst of motivation being back down 2. We NEED this win.

If Tomi is out for a month or more...this team will not make the Dance unless something amazing happens.

Roster construction really is that bad. Terrible decisions in construction including not finding a way for even a little year to year cohesion and culture transfer. Really egotistical to think one could take d3 players, freshmen and international players who didn't know each other and could build a culture of toughness and consistency within a year. Even our veterans were fairly mid at their previous schools. There are just so many growth vectors in that scenario.
