When you zone a team that can shoot the lights out, that can happen. It's fine to switch into it, but that can't be the primary defense. They simply shot over it.

Awful last three minutes. Brad lost it when he went out of the zone and put AS in for Ben. The Wagler, Ben, Mirk, and Twin Tower lineup was the best.

What's frustrating today is that we are clearly the better and more talented team. We are just being out coached, out played, and frankly, out shot.

If you are playing a top 10 opponent on the road and they make 11 threes in the first half, I'm pretty happy with being down only 6.

Fun fact- against Michigan, Nebraska shot 11/32 from 3 the entire game. They have 11 in the first half against us.
Just insane shooting but that’s what Nebraska does. Last 3 minutes were atrocious. Looks like this is the game the Big Ten decides to swallow their whistles

Down 39-33 with 3 missed FT’s, withstanding their 60% from 3, our own cold shooting from 3, and AS laying an egg. Not terrible all things considered.

Need to not sag off a guy who’s already hit 3 threes when playing zone. They were absolutely rattled at the end of the half. That was so brutal to watch.
