I agree. We were just talking about that. They live and die by the three, but they never die. Every game, every coach knows what they have to stop and can't. If taking the O & B out of the equation, it is impressive.

Just like us, when they have 5 terrific 3 pt. shooters on the floor, if the ball moves fast you cannot keep them from getting good looks. The team that hits the most 3s and wins the TO stat will likely win. Who? Stay tuned.

If we get sharpshooter Keaton completely untracked, we can drop these cornholers like a bag of dirt. Go Illini!

They’ve had an answer for everything so far

We are really making them work on defense though. Hope to tire their legs a bit down the stretch.

hoiberg with the jumping kick into Wagler, no call. And Tomi gets the softest call of the day.

I guess we just don’t think they can make wide open 3’s. Jeez! Make some adjustments!

Absolutely no reason that we shouldn’t be crashing short side on all of his three point attempts. Every single one of his misses clank straight off the front of the rim.

I disagree. Refs simply not calling physical play for either team. Sirmons games are known for letting the players play and he's one of the most distinguished refs you can get. He call title games the same way. So long as it's consistent you just gotta go out and play and it has been tonight

Agree. It's great to own the paint, but if we're 11-20 in the paint and they're 11-20 from beyond the arc.....it's a double digit loss. Have to try and find a way to make the passes and handoffs uncomfortable. To me, you pick them up full court and see what that does to the legs.
