This was the most excited i have been for a half of Illini football all season. Other than the QB play, we are playing a hell of a game. With a different QB, we would actually be pretty damn good. This is winnable, the guys ust have to believe it and the coaches have to keep pounding the football. Get some easy screen passes to McCray and Brown.

We have an above average B1G defense
We have 2 way above average B1G running backs
we have an average O line
we have a F - QB situation

I'm thrilled we are only behind 10-7 at the half....as stated above , will be interesting to see the halftime adjustments made and executed....

I'm so glad we scored a TD.....let's get a couple more running the damn ball down psu's throat.......Chase B. has over 100 yards in the 1st half....The answer is in front of the coaches....Will they take advantage of it ??

I can't remember the last time when Illinois needed a stinking yard, the line would have enough push to get it. If there's a 4th and 1 late in this game, Brett's going for it.
