Our unwillingness to adjust the game plan here is something.

To be honest, not sure what we can do here. Our players can't seem to keep up with their man. And even when we're there, they're burying stepbacks. Their worst shot has been layups. I'm sure some part of the game plan assumes you can win a one on one defensive battle. In theory we could go zone. Of course not certain we want to dare PSU into taking open threes...

If we get a minor miracle win here, it’ll be from driving and hitting our FTs when we’re fouled. Easy points, saves time and hurts PSU’s depth. Think 2010 win at the Kohl Center.

What's most troubling to me is that Pickett tore us up the first time that we played these guys. Not sure how they didn't make it a priority to get/keep the ball out of his hands from the get go.
