Game Thread: Illinois at Purdue

They spent all the money for shot clocks on a device that shimmies the rim through a remote control when we shoot.
We match up poorly with Purdue our guards are too small against the other teams that are just fine produce guards are good I don't know about that little guy that had that came in at the start of the second half and started hitting fries from all over the court never heard of him before he's going to be a great player! But just like Wisconsin we match the great with them Michigan State Michigan produce just got larger guards they've got the bigs to harass Kofi and they don't call fouls appropriately it's all about matchups it really is
Usually when we get looks like this second half they make em. Last game vs them too. I hope we get em again in the B10 finals.

Purdue is one of the few teams with big guys that give kofi trouble. I still take this team against the rest of the field
Just reminding myself that I thought splitting the 2 game Indiana trip would be a good outcome
Our shots just aren't falling and we are out of sorts. It's a top 5 team. Move on. More games to play yet. Get some rest all.

Ivey is gone next year. Let’s finish the deal for Boswell and our guards will look just as nasty as Purdue’s.
No shame in this loss. Purdue had best watch out Thursday night in Ann Arbor. Could be a let down off a short turnaround.
