Ugh. Need Mayer to make that shot.
I'm saying this tongue in cheek, from fan to fan, but short of forfeiting us from this game, there is literally nothing that the refs can do for me to be critical of them after that first half.

Free throws shooting is an art. It is apparent Purdue goes by the "float the front rim" and practices it. We just shoot it. Whatever happens, happens. Purdue free throws scrape the backside of the front of the rim, a much higher percentage of makes.
Agree. That's why I don't hate the shot. We need something miraculous and for that to happen, it will require those type of makes.
Giving us an opportunity to cut into the lead with no time off the clock. Gonna need a couple threes to fall though.
