Maybe we’ll win tonight or maybe we’ll lose. Rutgers is playing great ball right now. But I take solace in the fact that Illinois’ three B1G losses have come against teams where Kofi was either overmatched or evenly matched (Purdue x 2) or where Kofi didn’t play (Maryland). There’s no one left on the schedule who Kofi doesn’t have an advantage over in the paint. Dickinson will pose a problem with his outside shooting, but as long as Illinois’ three point shooters have at least decent nights, Kofi’s strength will be our ticket to a B1G championship.

Believe it's a tossup. B10 network pimping Rutgers for that tournament bid, expect refs to do the same. We will need to play well and not have turnovers and extended scoreless stretch(es). But those are given this time of year against any opponent.
There is probably some statistic Rutgers has that if a team scores over 80 they usually win. Most of the games I think that Rutgers has won have been low scoring games

I agree , but scoring runs are almost a given by any team on any given night.....When it gets to us going scoreless for a stretch is what worries me the most .....
We end up rushing shots and then we need BU to start calling timeouts and chew the lads butt......get a hold of their spine's and crack the whip.......
Just said on the radio that it's been since 2005 for us getting a share or outright B1G regular season championship........That's way to long ..............
BU just said RU playing more zone.....man to man for 15 seconds then switch to zone sometimes ........
McConnell is playing great D .....he's a roamer on D so we need to make him pay for that
