Now the Rutgers favored by 1.5 makes sense. Baldhead absolutely has it out for the Illini. I'm pretty sure he's the one that kicked Underwood out of the game vs. Ohio St. They called Illinois at home w/ Kofi for 10 more fouls then Ohio St.
