Honestly, so much of Purdue’s comeback involved incredible occurrences that - while absolutely awful - it didn’t have the same type of total dud performance this does. This feels more like they just don’t want to be there, not that they’re having a meltdown, haha. Both are bad, but looking disinterested definitely pisses me off more!

Uninspired effort. Zero focus and a bunch of pre snap penalties. A couple of big plays on O and special teams or this would be a lot worse. The BB late season swoon is becoming a thing.

It's still a one score game. I'm unimpressed by the coaches and players today. We are playing for the Citrus Bowl which should be a big deal. Come out firing, or stick us in that Detroit Bowl.

This feels a lot like the Illinois v. MSU game last weekend. The only difference is we feel like MSU and they feel like us. The eye test tells me that Rutgers is a tougher, more physical, more disciplined version of us?

With all due respect, I'm sure that the coaches didn't approve of Priestley checking out mentally on play one of the game or the defense line just going through the motions.

Unless this is pee wee football, the coaches shouldn't have to preach effort and toughness. This is game 11 for God's sake.

The only thing BB can do now is put some butts on the bench, but with only a game and a half left....what does that change?

That DB Clarke needs to sit. This is the third game in a row where he just lets the receiver catch the ball without any resistance. Amazing.

Even if we lose this game, we have NW next week. I don’t think we’ll end up in Detroit. Probably Charlotte or Nashville.

Carey Davis doing color analyst today has been spot on the whole game, explaining what is going on and giving great reasons why the game is not going our way so far.........

We are down 17-9 but it sure seems like more than that , to me...............

Peacock making syncing hard as hell as sometimes they are taking 2-3 minutes longer on media timeouts for more commercials than live play..............

Okay Illini , time to man up and turn this worm around in our favor............YOU CAN DO IT ILLINI.....YOU REALLY REALLY CAN...
