Ok, enough with the coaching staff cr@p. Our guys have played over 20 games. At this point, we don't have a leader. BU said it last year, when there was an issue, he didn't have to say a word. Leaders stepped up.
This year, we don't have one. It was KJ and now the guy shouldn't be getting more than 20 minutes.

It’s hard to replace an entire team but clearly Brad swung and missed trying to put this puzzle together.
I have no feelings for this team. It is safer for me this way.

The team just didn't gel. They are choppy, inconsistent, soft, and lazy for long stretches of every game. They show some fight, and it looks ok vs. the bottom of the B1G, but it ain't enough.
Throw in the injury/illnesses and it just didn't come together.
Maybe there's a March surprise in there with this talent, but I don't see it.

We could use a massive coaching upgrade. Recruiting, strategy, development. That's based on years of observation, not an angry reaction to tonight's performance.
