Haha, that Lucas charge was garbage. Not an offensive foul at all. At least the refs have evened out their bad calls in the second half.

What strikes me as a huge defensive error is Illini willingness to let guards drive to the basket so easily. Plays right into their hands. Maybe that is the new super-secret strategy among today's coaches and I know nothing....but I would stake my life it is a secret to losing.

Refs are calling a tight game. The problem is with the UNLV big man, it's not as strategically beneficial for Illinois to drive to the basket as UNLV.

guys, I know its like..what fans do, But we can't blame every single loss and every single bad stretch on the officiating. The truth is, we're just not a great team yet...and thats OK! We'll get better. But blaming officiating is the laziest way to analyze a game. There are a hundred things that the team can do differently to change the outcomes of games. Just have to start making better plays and better decisions. We'll be fine...eventually.
