Turnovers and blunders....all correctable. This game is still there to be won by Illini.....if they can just play smart. Stop the turnovers and blunders....makes any coach go ballistic to see stupid play. Play hard at both ends, but sometimes that means under control. Time to stop playing like kids and grow into men.

The bright side is illini can make runs and stay in this. It will constantly be a struggle this year vs any team that has a really good big man.

Crean is actually pretty decent. Maybe he has found his calling.
he did have like 3 offensive rebounds in a row...his own misses though. he will be good but needs experience.

Agreed. They play aggressively which I like but it borders on out of control. Alot of silly mistakes

Another game where we foul to much..at 8:25 UNLV was in double bonus..we have to stop doing this if we want to beat average to good teams. Underwood needs to figure this out quickly!!

Eggy is finding out that an offensive rebound needs to be stuffed...immediately...if not sooner. Just forget trying to go up and shooting it. Especially against that kind of size and length inside. Got to use your speed and recovery jump...and dunk it!!!!!! Clearing it out to a guard or shooter is not a bad thing either....beats eating leather.
