Also as a season ticket holder, I'd rather they start worrying about next year. This year was a bust anyway. A bowl game was only a fool's hope, and winning 5 games means nothing.

So is trotting out a two-star recruit that isn't ready and hoping he'll magically turn into Andrew Luck. I'd rather win a game or two and have some momentum to take into the offseason and recruiting.

What he said. It's silly to sacrifice any chance we may have at winning to gain experience for someone who (hopefully) won't be our starting QB next year. Being competitive and possibly winning another game or two may not get us to a bowl, but it could help with recruiting.

Who do you want out there?

Dear Jeff Jr,

It helps when receivers are open.

With love,

All Illinois fans

Another interception. Not sure why they're going for all these long passes when the run game is working just fine.

Wow! Does he get an assist for that interception? :(

#37
Has he thrown a single downfield pass that wasn't entirely blanketed?

#38
I get the feeling that Illinois is going to have more interceptions than points today.

And the interceptions take the lead!

George has completed more passes to Wisconsin players than their QB.

I'm not even sure what Illinois tries to do offensively from this point forward? Let Foster and Corbin try and run as much clock as possible?

#46
Well, we now know he's healthy enough to take a snap.

I stand corrected. This half was awful... He's a lot worse than I anticipated.

That.

Plus throw a few quick passes. Why is everything a 5 step drop and 15 yard throw. We don't have Wes Lunt! Give the kid a chance with some short tosses.

I'm just questioning what he is seeing out there making those throws. None of those receivers were even close to being open.

At least we know he throws a catchable ball.
