I found some recipes but they all say that badger tastes like s***. Going with nachos (the good cheese, not from Wisconsin), beer, and pulled pork for the next 3 hours.

Got a story for you all. My buddy from Illinois is an over the road long haul trucker. We keep in touch when he’s on the road. One time recently he was leaving dairy country in Eastern Washington State headed for Wisconsin. “What are you carrying?” “Cheese wheels.” “Why are you going to Wisconsin?” “They’re going to label these from Wisconsin and sell it as Wisconsin cheese.”

I always find that story delightful. Go Illini! Beat the imported cheeseheads.
