Well.....a nice end to the half went down the tubes. Two bad shots and two defensive miscues.

After that start, I will absolutely take a 2pt lead at the half. Wish we could have closed this out up 7, but our defense is gonna defense.
I’m finding it very difficult believing we can beat a good team outside of the BIG with this defense we’ve been playing of late. Hope I’m wrong — or even better, defense improves.
Are we ever going to hit the rim on a last possession of the half?
When was the last time we scored on the last shot of the first half?
Don’t love it, but we were down 8 or 9 out of the gate.

This offense with just a semi-competent defense would make this all a lot less stress-inducing.
This is the best our defense has looked in a while. We just have had a bunch of individual lapses / failures to finish off the possessions. I'm encouraged.
