I'll take anything that goes in at this point, but DGL 17 footers are still not good offense.

He's trying to put a puzzle together with a team that doesn't have pieces that fit. To me, this is a roster construction issue. This is not a team that fits his personality. KJ looks like he'll cry if he gets yelled at.

No team leaders.

Really starting to get upset with the fact that Ty redshirted. In a year in which leadership was going to be necessary, the one guy that could provide that decided to sit out.

My job is developing leaders and building culture in large organizations. I have used, in the past, BU as an example. I take it back. I've been a HUGE supporter of BU, but I just jumped off the bandwagon. I could latch back on, but is it too little, too late?

So much talent, with little results. Methinks BU is a good CEO, but has not put good peeps around him this year. So frustrated. Top draft prospect that fails most games...that is coaching. Good players roding the pine...that is coaching. I'm done.

Would you take TSJ or Domask last season or KJ this season? Every analyst says KJ is a lock for a lottery pick, but my lyin' eyes say TSJ and Marcus were far more productive players with better offensive moves and defensive play on a regular basis last year. I gotta be missing something here.
NBA. Drafts. For. Potential.

KJ is an 18 year old 6'6" PG.

TSJ was 6 years older than that by the time he got drafted. Just project out 6 years of development for KJ and you'll get the idea.

My theory, he had Podz on a short leash and he ended up in the NBA after starring at another team. Doesn't want his relationship with a lottery pick point guard to go south. So KJ gets away with stuff that would have Tre or Dre sitting out for a week
