Belo explained why he is not playing in Puerto Rico instagram page, had a fall to the head on oct 29, and since then has had a lot of symptoms and has not been himself,(did not soecify on suymptoms) he showed the clip of the play, does say he is feeling better and is a process, that his family is coming to visit snd show him support, he did not say this but it seems as he was very frustrated that he was having a lot of symptoms, not being able to be himself and now not playing, but he seemed upbeat…
