After one half, unless I missed something, no running plays over 10 yards. Nice. No holes in the defensive line so far. Let's make it two halves in a row.

I missed the start of the game . What Freshmen are starting? Though I have Xfinity-Comcast , i was unable to log in to BIGTEN2GO. Anyone else have any issues? I am listing on Fighting Illini Network. While visiting family in Atlanta this week-end, I will see the Alabama- Florida State game.

Starting to miss Tim Banks a little. Those untouched 80 yard runs down the middle of the field didn't really hurt us time-of-possession wise.

Our defense is young and inexperienced we give too much cushion to the WR's and we seem awfully slow to the ball on defense which I believe is due to inexperience.

If this Ball St team is going to end up at the bottom of their MAC division, the Illini are going to need to 'grow up' fast or the B1G schedule is going to brutal.

I know it's the system, but we are not going to get pressure with the front four. That third and nine QB run was a product of having all day and being able to see the whole field.

A 3 & out that is a killer Crouche is not the QB of the future based on his performance thus far we are one dimensional as he is constantly putting in 3rd long situations with poor execution on 1st down looks like it is going to another long year in year 2 of the Lovie rebuilding process :tsk:
