It would be better for us to miss completely I think. There needs to be zero doubt about this season.

Had Brad not made a deep run last year in the tourney, he would squarely be on the coaching hot seat given the 22-23 season and now this season. The sicknesses and injuries are no longer an excuse for being delusional about this team's incapabilities at shooting 3's. Sick of seeing our guys chuck 3's, even if they're good shots.

Why would he just chuck up a 3 with 24 seconds on the clock. This teams basketball IQ is horrible

Two things tonight has made extremely clear:

Duke is really good and Illinois has regressed in every way as the season has progressed. The team might not be fully healthy, but this team has been put in all the wrong positions by the coaching staff (or players aren't listening). Either way, very depressing stretch of basketball.
