Big10 plus apparently can be downloaded as an app if you use an app host system like roku or firestick but NOT through a "regular" smart TV without those. I couldn't even use the "cast" function from my laptop during the first game live but it did work during the replay.

I have always been able to cast live from the B1G+ app on my (android) phone to my smart tv.
