So much for that momentum. Still time to win, but I'm getting more and more nervous.

Definite adjustments needed before next game/year.

Obviously we aren’t, so save me your self righteous “My uncle is on the staff!” BS … but it literally looks like we don’t want to win and just want to go home. The points we’ve given them are literally unfathomable. How can anyone expect to win while doing that??

The want too has been lacking for a while.
I'm not mad though.......
We lost to a better team
A more prepared team
A team playing a lot loser...

Looking forward to what we have next year

Tough game. Their defense on inbound plays is the reason so sad now. Finish strong guys and pull off a miracle so I get accused of not having faith.

That missed three momentum swing is the epitome of this game

Love this team and I'll miss the seniors, time to start focusing on next year and beyond, we've got a talented core and hopefully we get more real hoopers (ayo-esque) to play for us. Gotta be thankful for what we have because it's been a while since we've even been able to get this far. I-L-L

If I scroll through this, there's a different opinion on which player is killing us. Let's give credit where it's due too. The Houston guards have size and are really good. We're struggling at positions where we're smaller by 3, 4, 5 inches. That's what makes them Final Four good.
Illinois won’t contend for a nat. title until they get bigger and more athletic at guard

Sad to see this year end, but loved watching these kids play. Can’t wait for next year - hopefully we can get past the second round.

With a healthy Trent and Grandy we win this.
Are we watching the same game. We have no defense against the one thing we ourselves can’t do, pull up mid range jump shot

Bad substitutions.
No Curbelo (benched ALL 2nd half).
Too much DMW.
Trent's eye.
Cannot stop the mid-range (Kofi will NOT step forward.)
Season is in MAJOR jeopardy.

Losing us one thing but we have played so so since the Penn state game. I hope Kofi stays and value our seniors contributions but I'm looking forward to these younger guys too. They bring athleticism and some shooting and really should have been playing sooner
