Radio says Curbelo with 8 assists (some spectacular) and 5 turnovers (some pretty cringe-worthy)
Getting outrebounded 19-15 and they're shooting 50%. Lucky to be up 7.

Taking a look at the stats show only one that is disappointing. IUP shooting 50% from the field. Would suggest defense needs to focus and work but Frazier has been injured and the frosh plus BBV have played significant minutes.
I would expect Illini depth to eventually show as they pull away, but in this type of game, one never knows. Grandison only 2-7 is the only weak spot from starters other than AC's turnovers.
I would imagine the game has been good watch but I am only getting radio feed. Illini are getting out-rebounded at the moment but let's hope that gets turned around.

He got his arm caught coming up underneath the other player going for a defensive rebound. Looked like his right shoulder.
Not apologizing for Curbelo, but he's playing full speed with a bunch of new guys. There are going to be miscues. Trust that needs to be developed. That being said, when it's close, he needs to rein it in a little.
The color on my feed is not great but their jerseys are very dark I think.

At least one of those turnovers was a beautiful pass to Goode on the break but Goode stopped running.

I know that we are down 3 guys but we shouldn't be in a dogfight with this team.

I'm just glad we're getting this play out of the way in a game that doesn't matter. Definitely some work that needs to be done. Lots of sloppiness. But CoHawk has been great and if he can get some consistency to that 3pt shot he's going to have a breakout yeaar.
Not sure where Plummer was hiding last week, but holy shmack is he an asset.
