Said it in pregame thread — Kofi out scores Jackson-David Illini wins by double figures. If not closer than we want. Kofi losing the battle 5 to 9, and I’d say so far this is closer than we want.

We have a disturbing trend to play down to the level of our competition for long stretches. I look for Brad to make the necessary half time adjustments, and for us to finish strong against a Hoosier team that clearly does not match up to us from a talent standpoint.

Another ugly half of basketball. Man I wish we could play a complete game like we were at end of last season.

We were saying these same things the beginning of last season too; so I am optimistic we'll get there.

I would like to see more Hawkins at the four spot an or us to try and and stay away from the 4 guard lineups because it just doesn't work well

It definitely is rare, but he did pass to Ayo for a free throw line jumper so that is a start at least.

If people are looking for Kofi to pass the ball out of the post more than once every 3 games or so, you’re going to be disappointed. Not his game and never will be. Might as well ask for Curbelo to never make a turnover too.
