Go up strong into the defender's check, making him come across the arm vs going down the lane and trying to play it off the hip and put english on it. If you get up into his chest, he's creating contact which gets you the whistle. Fears is annoying, but he's great as HIM creating the contact, but getting the call.

Honestly, that's the answer and it comes with strength.

No, the problem is refs like to keep the number of fouls on each team even. So if you have a team that plays less physical than the other they will call ticky tack fouls on the less physical team and only call egregious fouls on the more physical team.

It's already been a multiscreen day for me with this game and the Daytona 500 going on at the same time. Was hoping it'd be over before U.S.-Germany olympic hockey and looks like it probably will be.

game clock runs but shot clock doesn't until we pick it up, wise clock management by our guys
