Andrejs injury is a bit strange no? Went from finishing a game on it, questionable for the next, and out for the third ?
Not really. Had many of these in my younger years ballin with Jimmy. These things get worse after the game is over.

Dear Mother,

I've patiently bided my time in the infirmary to heal; while watching my brethren march off to war without me. They have fought valiantly to protect our esteemed name; and they've returned bloodied, but not beaten. Today I rejoin their ranks, and we will conquer the mighty crimson as they attack from the east.

Coach said the issue is swelling and being able to burst off of it. So walking ok, quick pivoting and pushing off seem to be the problem.
Yeah, kind of a problem for a guy who's offensive game is predicated on explosiveness, getting to the rim, finishing (sometimes with an incredible dunk) and who's defensive game is often taking on a 3 with a very similar skill set.

He's a guy that really leans on his athleticism, probably more than anyone else on our roster.

If those indeed are the problems, the timeline has to be completely unknown. Quick pivoting and pushing off being a problem.....that's kind of a basic prerequisite of being able to play his position.

If there's still a swelling issue....he's not really close. Until that goes down, the rest is moot.

To be clear, I am purely basing my opinion on your info.

Peja being out again is just weird to me for some reason. Playing most of the game with the sprain against MSU, to questionable, to out is just a weird progression.

I know, I’m over thinking it

If you look it up you’ll find it’s not unusual. The swelling and pain comes later. The good news is it’s probably of the mild variety and he’ll be back soon.

Original, then early to the game. 3 offers to buy the cards so far. Like seeing Kylan get shots up

See post #23. Not sure of the validity, but if it's still swollen, a week later, and he's having trouble pushing and cutting..... that's not of the mild variety. That's of the only time will tell how his body responds to treatment, then conditioning variety.

Swelling still being there after a week isn't a good thing. That's an angry high ankle sprain.

Again, not sure of how valid that report is.

Edit: He was a game time decision vs Wisconsin on Tuesday. That was five days ago and today he was ruled out four hours before tip. That's not progression.
