Started the game with good ball movement and need to bring it back. All of their interior bigs are in foul trouble. Pound it inside.

TSJ is not tired. Lmao.

If he's not tired then he needs to get back in the gym because all of his shots are short, he's missing free throws and he took a terrible foul late in the half. Those are ALL signs of fatigue.

Guys.....ISU has a terrible offense....and they have to score 39 second half points to get to 65.

I'm not saying it's impossible....


If we just shoot 60% FTs in the second half.......

We need some rest. The game is unreasonably physical. Cannot blame our players too much on the FTs. They are too tired.

I think it has more to do with nerves than fatigue.They have had time off. They just need to shake it off and forget the first half FTs.

Why should we? They can't score, and all we need to do is run good sets and take care of ball.

Transition…don’t want them getting into there zone defense.

We are playing hard, better team, and we get 2nd wind watch out folks. Stop with the Debbie downers. Probably should have made 4 or 5 free throws. But we are dominating boards, Hustle loose balls, and quite frankly better defensively!

Unfortunately we’re playing this game at there pace.We’re not pushing the ball or the pace of the game.

Almost impossible to do so with how Iowa State is playing. They're sending nobody to the boards and their guards immediately retreat back on defense to set up the trap and take away any chance at transition. It's the smart play against us.

0 bench points and poor FT shooting, we could be blowing them out.

Everyone on this board should be proud of the effort. Yes, we need to make FT's but it's not like they are trying miss them. Maybe it's sight line, maybe it's they sucked for a 1/2..who cares...Up 10 at 1/2 there isn't a person here who wouldn't taken that before the game.

Thrilled with how well we have handled the double team. Using our size and passing skills well. Feel like we lost focus there on defense a little bit around the 6 minute mark and never really got it back. If we can stay locked in on defense, we have this thing.

FTs are also a function of who we sent to the line. Ty, Quincy, and Dain. Only real under achiever has been TJ at 1-4. He will settle in.
