the only silver lining in this is it's so early in the game there is enough time to make it respectable. Also it's so like us to get an offensive pass interference call when the defender puts his hands on the wr way downfield and our wr finds a way to get separation and make a catch.

Quote of the day, "Not much else can go wrong. "J Leman. Next play, crap call for offensive pass interference on us by referee.

If they don't go for it on every 4th down, they have resigned to lose

This doesn’t even feel like watching a football game. It’s devolved into something less than that. We’re just a weekly clinic on all the ways to be bad.

I don’t know. The sad thing is when we went down 14-0, my first thought was we don’t have the talent/heart/mental fortitude to make up even that deficit. With a whole game ahead of us.

Iowa’s corner has committed PI at least 3 times now, not that it matters

Is there like 10,000 in the stands today? A friend of mine won 4 tickets and couldn’t get anyone to go with him. Waste of a day watching this product. I found a Web site showing average attendance at Memorial Stadium throughout the years. In the 1980’s the average attendance was 70,000+. I guess that ship has sailed.

Maybe this game will start looking better after I start hitting this whiskey

I'm not sure the outcome would be too much different with everyone healthy. I hope I'm wrong. We will find out next year. Do or die time for Lovie.
