Overall, the officiating isn't a factor, and maybe if Iowa's receivers were closely covered, they wouldn't get the call either. It's just every missed play hurts Illinois big.

The soft Tampa 2 has avoided that problem for the refs. Don't hate the concept at times, but we have to trust the secondary against a QB like this.
