Too many blundering turnovers and bad shots. Getting outshot badly................and only down 6. If our guys can somehow start playing with competence, energy, and hit some shots....they will get this one. Gonna see some really fast play coming up I sense.

I don’t think we’ve played more than 5 minutes of zone this year, and doing it against an Iowa team that’s shooting 36% from deep on the season on March 6th isn’t the place to start. But what do I know, they don’t pay me the big bucks to coach.

Yep. This team is all about effort. Has been all year. That and shots falling, but mostly effort since we can feed Kofi. Where has the kick out gone? He's gotta get back to that so our guys get some open in rhythm shots.

The good news(on top of only being down 6 is hey....this is what pressure, one and done is like. Just as well get used to it and embrace it. That's coming in less than two weeks.

Two plays inbound plays that really stuck in my mind.

The mid court that got pick off and the curbelo crap inbound pass to Kofi. without those two, we be at a much better spot.

I hope we come out hot at the second half.

This board is ridiculous. Nothing but complaining about everyone and the coach through most of the first half. There have been some bone headed plays by us but we are missing a starter. I think that our coaches are smart enough to figure something out, whether we execute it enough to win is up to the players.

Grandison had 24 when we played them in Iowa City.

Really missing Jake causing a different rotations. Hopefully the end of half settled them in and then come out with intensity to start the second half.
