That’s the problem. What plays can Art execute? We knew if Tommy got hurt we’d be in trouble. Maybe this is Art’s coming out party. Good kid, but he’s not accurate and Iowa is going to be going after him.

What an important half of football this feels like for our program.
Tommy D was pretty much the only player we could lose besides Brown to really throw a wrench into what has been an amazing season. Hate to say it, but it really feels like typical Illini fortune.

Losing DeVito is a nightmare. Thankfully, our defense is holding strong. This feels like the first team to score a touchdown wins. Luckily, we have Chase Brown. Hopefully, he can break off a long one.

In years past the 2 fumbles by I. Williams would have resulted in 14 points against us .......this year is a different animal and I can't remember a more dominating Illini defense.....Last stat I heard was the squwaks with - 10 rushing yards............wow...................

Iowa is just going to have ten guys within eight yards of the line of scrimmage unless we at least try a few 15 yards or longer passes.
Chase has 13 carries for 57 yards plus 3 receptions. That's about where he should be. We can't give it to him 40 times.

To become accurate during halftime is unlikely. Defense will need to win this for us, as in score.
I don’t think we sit IW. I feel that’d make it worse. Like someone else side, just have a conversation with him during this halftime. He’s done some amazing things, and he’s a really good, if not great, player. He can still right the ship and still be a huge part of us winning this game.
