They just can't miss. That Sandford shot is unguardable. Sorry... the guy just throws it up from 27 feet with a guy right in his grill. If you're more in tight, that's gonna be a foul.

We have the lead but I'm not happy. They get the ball first and are shooting ut well. Or defense must improve. KJ, Ben, DGL and Hake have dine very little. We are lucky DGL making a foolish foul didn't cost us 3pts. KJ has to play better!
Iowa is shooting out of their minds. If they do it for 40 minutes, tip your cap. All you can do is be in their back pockets and contest. It's not like these are layups where our defensive scheme is bad. They're dangerous.

Is Morez hand bothering him? Very limited minutes, but very productive in those minutes.

They hit a lot of hard shots. Game very much has an NCAA 5/12 feel.
Keep making their shots hard. Keep crashing the glass and take care of the ball. Both Dix and Sanfort have 2 fouls so try and attack them. And fewer Kylan 3’s.

There is no good reason we need to shoot 13 threes in the second half. We are shooting 60% from two on 9 for 9 on layups, they're only scorer and rebounder has two fouls. Take the ball down low and then get back and play defense and win this one without any need for drama. The three ball is NOT how we win this game.

Those 2 fouls were a big part of it too. Point taken on the TO’s…so frustrating.
He put his hand down and didn't contest the shot. He was right there, but if you don't get a hand up and the other guy has you by a few inches....that's considered an open look. Now, it was still not an easy shot, but he had him tied up until the hand went down.
You really think his defense was bad there? Sometimes you just have to tip your cap when someone hits a ridiculously tough shot.

Yes, he is. They give him the toughest assignment every game. He was on Flagg for quite a bit against Duke and they had him on Wolf versus Michigan. Don't pick and choose your support.
KB's hands were down they should been up high to contest his vision the shooter had a clear line of sight on the basket for the last second shot before the end of the half.
