I like his motion and release, but he is too sloppy and hurried with his routine as well as inconsistent with his balance. If he were to slow down and get the ball quiet before starting his lift he could be 80%+ or better. He has not shot FT well except for tonight when he got volume...which was a good decision by Kansas to foul him...but it has backfired.
Agree, but I will take 60-65% from him with the other shooters we have. His collegiate avg is 63%.

I would think a game that doesn't count against the #1 team in the country might be a good time to get our "starting point guard" some experience.
To these players this game means everything. Ty had a very good game and the ball movement was the best when he was in the game.

The most important thing in playing against a press is not handle and foot speed. It is mind speed. If players get to the right spot, anyone can pass it to them.
