Maryland is not playing nearly as well as when we played them in College Park, hence the difference in scores.
He took 1 wide open 3 and about 4 contested ones this half.

I would say being competitive with a team you were owned by 3 games ago shows a lot. This is a long season. How can you ignore the progress.

We're playing at home, that alone should make it competitive. The way we've played, especially this half, has been awful. Fortunately for us, Maryland has also been awful.

It's tough being objective around here when the herd wants to run off the cliff. Hang in there.
No problem here with those last two. Wide open. The one earlier where he dribbled across halfcourt and launched one was bad though.
Too bad we don't play better defense so we don't have to shoot so well, like Maryland does. That is how they got back into this game.
