I won't make any predictions for this game. Maryland has almost always whooped us. Now if we were to win by...let's say 8 and score around 84, I'd be okay with that :cool:

We can only hope against hope that Szelc and Carstensen got their terrible game out of the way last night, but who am I kidding?

Just to be 100% clear, I don't want a game like last night where we are Purdue and Maryland is USC. I just want a consistently called game where the players and coaches know what a foul (and know what a correct out of bounds call is) is over the course of 40 minutes. The players deserve that much.

For those who didnt see it, someone posted a purdue vs illinois "all recent team", which was ayo, coleman, kofi, shannon, and KJ vs carsen edwards, edey, smith, ivey and swanigan and asked who would win

Coleman replied to the tweet with "you forgot paul szelc reffing in a purdue jersey" or something similar

Maryland warming up all wearing sports bras was not something I expected.

Been so impressed with KB of late. Improved so much and so smooth. I feel confident when he has the ball. Major ‘hub’ for next years team..along with hopefully Tre, Tomi, MoJo, and others.

Today our Bigs will have their hands full and my fingers are crossed for KJ - we need him (and KB) to be great today. Frankly, I’m puzzled…hes so good at so many aspects, played BB for so many years, great competition, had great coaches…but for some reason, is unable to cut down on silly turnovers. I know he’s young, but guys of his caliber usually correct those things by now. KJ…love you, but for your own good…you need to fix this!

Easy for me to question…regardless, I’m still pulling for him to show big. Go KJ!! We need you to shine!!
