I was taught that when the play is over on offense, you turn and SPRINT back. The lackadaisical jogging back on defense has been an issue for a few years.

Anyone who thinks we have final four potential is looking thru orange colored glasses. Our team D, Toughness, Ball security, lack of front court depth and poor 3 PT shooting way too much to overcome playing against a quality team in the second week of the NCAA- if we even get that far.
