There 100% needs to be a new rule for the officials that whatever they're looking at on their tiny 5-inch review monitor should be simulcast onto the stadium's Jumbotron/video board and the TV broadcast(not what we see when we're shown replays during a review, I'm talking about the exact same video the refs are looking at/zooming in on/slowing down, etc on their monitors), AND that the refs are mic'ed up for the entire duration of the review, so that the fans in the stadium, the announcers, league officials, and people watching on TV know EXACTLY what they're seeing and saying about it! It's mind-blowing how incompetent some of these refs are and you can't tell me some of them don't have money on the games!
EDIT: Oh, and if an insanely boneheaded/possibly corrupt call is made after the review, instant termination. No excuse for this BS.
