Fortunately MSU is even stooopider with the clock management! LOLWaste of down and time on that play.
Clock management by committee?I genuinely don't understand the last 2 minutes of this half.
From either side.
I am fine with the way it played out (from our side). If the third down is converted downfield around midfield, there is still 30 seconds and a timeout or 2 to get in field goal range. Snap too quick and MSU has more time.Omg...clown clock management. Wtf Lunney.

Snapping it with 25 seconds on the play clock leaving msu with 30+ seconds with the ball is the questionable call. And if they were calling plays to score, then yes the plays called were head scratching, might as well of ran the ball and run the clock out if your goal is 3 yards to "stay ahead of the sticks"There's more to clock management than running as many plays as you can as fast as you.
The first down play makes sure you don't get behind the sticks. The 2nd down screen is a high percentage throw to get the ball in Franklin's hands. The 3rd down play was a shot down the field where Luke put it up high away from the defender to avoid the chance at a turnover.
Just because the plays didn't work doesn't mean they were bad calls.
Clock management by committee?
What are we doing here???
