Back to back 3 and outs offensively is UNACCEPTABLE against a very mediocre MSU. We can't depend on our defense.

Once again, what is Lunney doing? They are blitzing every play. Maybe a quick slant or outside route once in a while? Jeezus. It's not that hard to move away from slow developing plays 7 yards deep in the backfield.

Please tell me if I'm completely wrong. Our offensive and defensive coordinators go in with a game plan, but neither has the ability to adjust to the game or think analytically about what they are calling.

Because he needs a hole to run through as he is not quick twitch. But alas our O-line is incapable of establishing one.

i know a lot of this is execution and I think this o line is worse than we all hoped they’d be, but man play calling has been horrendous.

McCray has shown the ability to get good yardage—let’s not run him AT ALL after that TD. Altmyer has made some really good throws, QB POWER ON 3rd and 6.

Gimme a quick hitter to one of Franklin or Bryant, AKA arguably your two best players.

What happened to using Franklin and Bryant on slants? What happened to throwing it up to Franklin and Bryant for 50-50 jump balls? What happened to having a pair and taking a game by being aggressive instead of trying not to lose?

Lunney's idea of opening up the playbook is running multiple fake reverses deep in the backfield against a stacked front. So maddening.
