One more thing to love about KJ… in pregame warmups he waits until Tomi has completed his half court shots (the rest of the team is already off the court at this point) to dap him up and then head to the locker room together. Great teammate.

I recall someone posting the other day re KB and his athleticism - or lack thereof.
Just watched him in final warm ups throw down a one handed tomahawk that was very impressive. Puts the lack of athleticism opinion to rest.

My prediction:
- Kohler, and possibly Cooper, foul out or spend major time on the bench with four fouls
- Making it even harder for Izzo, Carr is ejected for “accidentally” breaking KJ’s nose. KJ bleeds all over the court, but returns with those gross nose tampon things
- Jaden Akins inexplicably goes 6 for 7 from three, except it’s completely explicable because they’re all wide open
- KJ hits a step-back three at the buzzer, Illini win 83-80
