To be fair, we ran on 1st down and got 0 yards. I was fine with pass plays.....just not the two that we ran.
We miss McCray and tough 3 yds on 2nd down

Maybe so, but they snuffed out the play before that. Ford was never open.

Pinton may be pulling off a "Wally Pipp". Might be hard to pull him off the field after the BYE week.
What's frustrating is when refs just decide not to call the game consistently both ways. When you call PIs and holding on one team, yet don't call those same PIs and holding by the other team it's just infuriating. Not sure how this reffing crew was allowed to get another Illinois game after the Indiana debacle.

Nice jinx job.
Good half for the Fighting Illini even with Mo Ibrahim having nearly 100 yards of rushing. The Gophers offense was very lethargic against Purdue. We are beating them with their best offensive player. Our defense outside of one drive has been great again. I would have like to have seen at least one more touchdown considering we have controlled the clock, but I'll take the 13-7 lead at the half!
