Good idea, mental health is a very large un addressed issue at all levels of our society.
I'm fairly resistant to saying a single game is must win, but considering how bad losing this game would tank our resume due to the quad 4 loss, I'm almost inclined to say it is especially considering our tough schedule the rest of the way. That said, it doesn't change anything about your approach. Just gotta come out and play with a lot of effort and strong defensively and the rest will take care of itself. I was very impressed with Dawson Garcia last time we played them. Take his offense away and take the game.
This is unequivocally a must win game. If we don't come away with this one, our season will be firmly planted on the bubble. Part of what makes our resume "ok" is the fact that we don't have a bad loss. This would qualify....in spades. Typing this is giving me anxiety.
I don't think they anyone truly believes that we'll lose, it's more the "what if" scenario. With the ups and downs of this season, I think that everyone is entitled to a little "what if".

I'm expecting a win but now I'm also expecting to not have to yell expletives at the officials, and that's a nice feeling.
