Petrol minutes were...terrific.

Best defense he has played this year. He was getting through screens and sticking on his man. If he plays like THIS...then we can talk.

First half was whatever. Need to play the zone better, cant just jack 3's.

We're shooting 5/21 from 3. That needs to 30% by the end.

21 is a lot of attempts for a half. That zone was an issue. Still have 34 points 🤷‍♀️.

More of that double Ivisic lineup please. Game changer.

I’ll go against the grain on this, but I’m OK with AS and Ben shooting out of their slumps. Just take good shots with guys like Big Z and Wagler positioned to rebound.

I have been pretty critical and some have haven me a hard time. But I am so happy why we have seemingly responded to the exact concerns I have posted in here. This is two games in a row where things were going sideways and we did the right thing. We didn’t just settle for threes even if they at “good shots.”

Today after the timeout at around 3:00 mins we came out ran stuff immediately inside to Big Z. And then Petrovic took it to the hole. I threes there.

We still shot 21 4s that have, but we went away from it and drew up some plays to get an easier bucket. This is what needs to happen to take us where we all want to go! Very encouraged

As much crap as people were on Ben last season, he's even worse by % this season. He's given slack this season as he's played tougher at times and not been a turnstile on D

Just nuts how poor he is. Some of it is he stands 6 foot behind the 3 point line unnecessarily but a very very very high % of his 3 are completely uncontested

Not sure why Minnesota started playing man to man. I’m glad we exploited it but I’m not sure the players on the court were the difference.

Gotta play defense if you're not shooting it, though. Ben's a -1, Andrej is a -9

Ok, not a terrible half. We have some energy, just not used to this zone. Good for us to experience this. I do expect to lose my Ill -15.5 bet though.

And taking 5 minutes to adjust the clock by 2 seconds, really. 15,000 fans x 5 minutes = 1,250 wasted hours, collectively, for 2 seconds. Not worth it. Just make up a time adjustment and go with it.

Plus all the time everyone wasted reading my stupid comment about it. Man!

I would like to see three things happen in the second half.
1. Ball to the high post against the zone...one every possession!!!
2. When Gophers are in man D, more and faster movement of bodies off the ball. Gophers want to stand, watch, and anticipate help defense which is hugely difficult when all guys are moving.
3. Start the second half with in your face super aggressive defense. They are too comfortable and not working too hard on offense. Make them work!!!!!!
