Damonte is not nearly a good enough defender to justify playing him for the absolute zero he brings offensively. Griffin and Jones need all of his minutes

What flawed perspective? At some point, the coaching staff has to accept responsibility for chronic underperformance. This team is soft mentally and shows no signs of toughening. Ayo Dosunmo isn't going to hero-ball his way past that, and Kofi can't fix that with a dunk even if he manages to get the ball. It's Underwood's responsibility to fix this.

Sure the players are accountable. But if the coach doesn't have any accountability we need to hire me for $100K. Just what exactly did you pay Underwood $12 million for the last 3 years to accomplish?

This is college ball, and BU has been here long enough that this is his team. Bad strategy is on him. Bad execution is also on him. Bad effort is also on him.

No. I don’t want him to suit up. I want him to build a team of good players that fit well together, and then coach them well.

He’s not. At all.

I'm not saying BU has no accountability....I'm pointing out the ridiculousness of putting it all on him as many posters have. Which is similar to many posters blaming the refs, when they clearly are not to blame.
