I will give Morehead St. credit. They made for a very tense 35-40 mins in this game but Minix and Lathon who couldn't miss in the 1st half regressed to the mean in the 2nd half. Also, give the defense credit. Illini really locked down in the last 15 mins

I'll tell you what- we've taken it to them this half and while on our end it comes down to finding the right players to put on the floor, intensity on defense, cleaning the boards, efficient offense, but I think Morehead State also made a gigantic tactical error. They played way too fast and expended too much energy. Their legs are weighing on them this half

Saturday is going to be a different type of effort in terms of game plan. Duquesne will WANT to play the game at a snail's pace. We have to speed the game up from the get-go. Do not let them get into a slower tempo and rhythm.
