I like Rod Smith's scheme, and I think Lovie's successor should be a guy who will implement a similar offense since it fits the offensive personnel pretty well. However, I think everyone will agree that his play-calling has been abhorrent these last two games.

That criticism is fair but we need to call it both ways. Defensively, we’ve also been in position to make a ton of plays that didn’t get made. We’ve missed tackle left and right today. That has nothing to do with defensive strategy.
