Game Thread: Illinois vs Nebraska

[Fly Illini Fly!]

Could've gotten picked.

[skyIdub]

I hate it when we get part-time genius Lunney.

[thehass]

What a crummy executed 3 plays from the 3.

[Ramrod2010]

Lunney, wtaf?

[Mr. Roberts]

Did not like the 3rd down play.

[NASchamp]

What the hell were those three play calls?!?

[IlliniMilkMan]

Face mask saved 4 points.

[From the cheap seats]

Well, that series looked like we were behind and running a 2-minute offense.

Could have ran the ball 3x and ate up 1:30 more off the clock………

[Rusty]

Would have liked to taken another 2 mins off the clock with a couple runs there.

[EmeraldCityIllini]

that goal line series was a total mess. ridiculous this clock isnt at 6

[Chase321]

At least try one running play there and run some clock.

[Illini-Rule]

Come on Defense

[From the cheap seats]

I think Lunney was just mad at me for all the times I groaned when we ran the ball on first down some of the year.

[Mr. Roberts]

Turnover time, Mr. Colander.

I'm happy with the 11 point lead, hopefully it'll be enough

You’re not alone. What I said was far less family friendly.

[skyIdub]

The clock management on the last two drives is amateur hour.
I’ll never understand snapping with 15+ seconds on the play clock when you’re up by two scores. Smdh

[JKR]

No soft D!!

[Jeffcobrad]

Come on Defense!!

[Fly Illini Fly!]

They should've taken the points.

Exactly what happened to us against Purdue and Duke.

Thinking about this again, it was the right decision. Their kicking game is awful.

[Orange_Blue]

If we could ever get a turnover - this would be the ideal time.

[ohioillini77]

Would like to have seen a pitch to the wide side with Laughery

[RDS]

Let’s go D - time for a takeaway

[From the cheap seats]

Please don’t play a prevent defense
