Why call a timeout here? They aren't going to overturn a spot. Just crazy for an experienced coach to do this multiple times a game. One extra timeout could be of critical importance in a game like this

The only teams I’ve seen shoot themselves in the foot more than this one are other Illini teams from the past.
I think Beatty has good hands...have no idea if he would be better.

lol....we used to have a friend in our group that would always say it after a bad play. We put a ghost pepper in his chili after one and he spent the second half in the bathroom.
Turns out he does.

Not so fun stats tonight: 14 points off turnovers and 7 off extended drives due to a penalty on a third down stop.
Rush 3 no qb spy. Quarterback runs up the wide open gut. Yep, not like that has happened before this season.
