I hate to make snap judgments, but it appears to me we are a better offensive team by plugging in 42% 3pt shooter Jake Davis for a 30% shooter in Boswell. That, and with Boswell out, its allowed Wagler to show more of his elite talent and become the go to guy.

I say stick with this lineup even when Boswell comes back. It’s working

The basketball IQ makes this 2025-2026 Illini team different. In past seasons, we had so many mental errors or dumb turnovers. This team does not beat themselves. With the level we are playing, some team will have to play out of their minds to beat us.
